Ayurvedic massage

is a form of massage that uses techniques derived from the traditional Indian medicine system of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is based on the belief that good health is achieved by maintaining a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurvedic massage seeks to restore this balance by using various massage techniques that stimulate the body's energy channels. Ayurvedic massage is said to be beneficial for both the mind and body, providing a sense of well-being and relaxation.
